Condition of the Item

To be eligible for a return, the blanket must be:

  • Unwashed
  • Free of pet hair, stains, odors, or damage
  • In its original condition and packaging (if applicable)

Defective or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos or videos.

Non-returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

Contact Us If you believe you have received a defective item or one that doesn't match your approved proof, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@twelveen.com with photos of the item and your order number.

European Union Customers Please note that customized products made to your specifications are exempt from the EU's 30-day cooling-off period for distance purchases, as outlined in the Consumer Rights Directive.
