Return and Refund Policy

 

Due to the customized nature of all our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances. All items are made-to-order based on your specific requirements and preferences.

Our Production Process Before we begin production of your custom item, we provide you with a detailed proof for your review and approval. This proof shows exactly how your finished product will look, including all customizations, colors, text, and design elements. Once you approve this proof, we proceed with manufacturing your item according to your specifications.

No Returns Policy Since each product is specifically customized for you and produced only after your approval of the proof, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. By approving the proof, you confirm that:

  • All details, spelling, colors, and design elements are correct

  • You are satisfied with the design as presented

  • You understand the item is being made specifically for you

Damages and Production Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@twelveen.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged during shipping

  • The item does not match the approved proof

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate these issues and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions - When We May Offer Refunds We may consider refunds only in the following circumstances:

  • We made an error in production that does not match your approved proof

  • The item arrived damaged due to manufacturing defects

  • We shipped the wrong item entirely

Contact Us If you believe you have received a defective item or one that doesn't match your approved proof, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@twelveen.com with photos of the item and your order number.

European Union Customers Please note that customized products made to your specifications are exempt from the EU's 30-day cooling-off period for distance purchases, as outlined in the Consumer Rights Directive.
