Processing time

We’ll ship your order within 1–3 business days after you approve the final proof of your artwork.
A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships.

Economy (5–8 business days):

Standard (3–4 business days): $8.90

Time starts after the parcel is shipped. Weekends and holidays are not counted.

Standard International (8–14 business days): $20.00
Express International (5–7 business days): $40.00

- - Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing.
  - Tracking is included for all international services.
  - International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from the United States. Any VAT/GST, duties, or import fees are charged by your local customs office and are the recipient’s responsibility.
  - We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or reduce the declared value on customs forms.

- Print-on-demand (POD) items: Packages do not include prices inside the box by default.
- Customs paperwork (international only): The outside of the parcel must show the actual item descriptions and values as required by law. These values cannot be removed or lowered, even for gifts.

- Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible, we can update it only if the order hasn’t shipped.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once the reshipping fee is paid.
- Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or carrier backlogs. If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days (domestic) or 14+ business days (international), contact us and we’ll start a trace with the carrier.
